Kareena Kapoor

Kareena Kapoor  born 21 September 1980), also known as Kareena Kapoor Khan, is an Indian actress who appears in Bollywood films. During her career Kapoor has been noted for her performances in a range of film genres, from contemporary romantic dramas to comedies, period films to major Bollywood productions and less-publicised independent films.

Born into a family where her parents, Randhir Kapoor and Babita, and elder sister Karisma were actors, Kapoor faced the media spotlight at a young age but did not make her acting debut until the 2000 film Refugee. Her melodrama Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham... became India's highest-grossing film in the overseas market in 2001, and is one of her greatest commercial successes to date. After receiving negative reviews for a series of repetitive roles, Kapoor accepted more demanding parts to avoid being typecast and was recognised by critics for displaying greater versatility as an actress. Her portrayal of a sex worker in Chameli (2004) proved to be the turning point in her career, and she was later noted for her performances in the critically acclaimed films Dev (2004) and Omkara (2006). She went on to play the lead female role in the Imtiaz Ali-directed romantic comedy Jab We Met (2007, for which she received the Filmfare Award for Best Actress) and the drama 3 Idiots (2009, the highest-grossing Bollywood film of all time). These accomplishments have established her as a leading actress of Hindi cinema.

In addition to film acting, Kapoor is a stage performer and has launched her own clothing line (in association with retail chain Globus). She is known for being publicly outspoken and assertive, and is recognized for her contributions to the film industry though her fashion style and film roles (both of which have made her a trend-setter for young women). Since 2007, Kapoor has been in a relationship with actor Saif Ali Khan whom she married in October 2012.

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lynn Lopez (born July 24, 1969), commonly referred to by her moniker J.Lo[a], is an American actress, dancer, entrepreneur, fashion designer, film producer, philanthropist, recording artist and spokeswoman. She became interested in pursuing a career in the entertainment industry following a small role in the 1986 film My Little Girl, to the dismay of her Puerto Rican parents, who believed that it was an unrealistic career route for a Hispanic. Following a move from The Bronx to Manhattan, Lopez performed in regional stage productions, before touring with musicals in Europe and Japan. She gained her first regular high-profile job as a Fly Girl dancer on In Living Color in 1991, where she remained a regular cast member until 1993 when she decided to pursue an acting career. Lopez received her first leading role in the Selena biopic of the same name in 1997. Following subsequent roles in the films Anaconda (1997) and Out of Sight (1998), Lopez ventured into the music industry in 1999 with the release of On the 6.

With the simultaneous release of her second studio album J.Lo and her film The Wedding Planner in 2001, Lopez became the first person to have a number one album and film in the same week. Her 2002 remix album, J to tha L–O! The Remixes, became the first in history to debut at number one on the US Billboard 200. Between the release of her third and fourth studio albums—This Is Me... Then (2002) and Rebirth (2005)—Lopez took a break from her music career to focus on acting, starring in the films Maid in Manhattan (2002) and Shall We Dance? (2004). Her Spanish-language album, Como Ama una Mujer (2007), received the highest first-week sales in the United States for a Spanish album. Lopez's commercial success was severely damaged after the release of her sixth studio album, Brave (2007). The set, which showcased a different musical prospective from the singer, failed to attain the success of her previous efforts and removed Lopez from the music scene until 2011, when she became a judge on the singing competition American Idol. This venture allowed her to regain media attention and improved her success on the music charts, with her single "On the Floor", from her seventh studio album Love?, showcased and released during such timespan, becoming a worldwide hit and her best-selling single to date.

Lopez's public image and personal relationships have attracted worldwide media attention. Her marriage to actor Ojani Noa was proceeded by a series of lawsuits by Lopez, resulting from Noa's attempts to sell private details of Lopez and their relationship. Following her marriage to Noa, Lopez dated Sean Combs, a relationship that became the inspiration for her 2000 single "Love Don't Cost a Thing". Combs accompanied Lopez to the 42nd Grammy Awards in 2000, where she wore her infamous Green Versace dress. Lopez became romantically involved with actor Ben Affleck, while still married to her second husband Cris Judd, during shooting of Gigli (2003), a film that is considered one of the worst of all time. Their relationship, dubbed as Bennifer by the media, ended as a result of media overexposure, which caused a negative impact on their careers. Lopez wed long-time friend Marc Anthony in 2004. Lopez gave birth to twins, Emme and Maximilian, in February 2008; People paid a reported $6 million for their first photographs, which became the most expensive celebrity picture at the time.

Emma Watson Wants To Sail With Noah She's in talks to play Ila

Like a rising tide of thesping, the flow of casting announcements for Darren Aronofsky’s Noah is increasing each day. The latest performer haggling for a ticket to ride the boat is Emma Watson.

With Russell Crowe long set to play the title role, word arrived earlier this week that Percy Jackson’s Logan Lerman and Great Expectations’ Douglas Booth were signing on to play Noah’s sons, Ham and Shem.

Deadline reports that if she signs a deal, Watson will be Ila, a young woman who starts a relationship with Shem. And talking of casting, there still appears to be no confirmation yet on whether Jennifer Connelly will play Noah’s wife. Variety has heard that Julianne Moore is also in conention for that role, while Liev Schreiber might be the man to play the nemesis for our boat-building hero. Sadly, that probably doesn't mean he'll be an officious sort down at Ancient B&Q who refuses to give Noah a good deal on lumber.

With a script by Aronofsky and Hugo writer John Logan, Noah is scheduled to start shooting in New York and Iceland at the start of August.

Watson has been a busy woman of late. She’ll appear alongside Lerman in The Perks Of Being A Wallflower (which is still awaiting a UK release date) and has recently shot The Bling Ring. Right now, she’s working on The End Of The World with Seth Rogen, Jay Baruchel and a bucket load of cameos.

Schwarzenegger May Re-Enter The Tomb Could he join Sly Stallone?

As he looks to re-ignite his film career in the wake of his gubernatorial stint and last year’s scandal-filled revelations, Arnold Schwarzenegger seems keen to keep working with old chum Sylvester Stallone, as Ain’t It Cool News is reporting that he’s been approached to co-star with Sly in The Tomb.

It emerged back in October that Sly would take on the lead role of Ray Breslin, the designer behind a maximum-security prison that is said to be thoroughly escape-proof. But guess what? He’s framed for a crime and locked away in that very slammer. Naturally, he must then essentially outwit himself to get out and find the person responsible…

Arnie is no stranger to the film, having been up for the lead earlier last year when Antoine Fuqua was set to direct. And before that, Bruce Willis was the man circling the lead.

From the sounds of it, The Tomb has been passed around more than the package in a pass-the-parcel game, but now Deadline is reporting that Sly is locked and Mikael Håfström, who made last year’s exorcism thriller The Rite, is the latest director looking to call the shots.

Sly and Arnie will be seen on screen together on The Expendables 2, which hits later this year.
